Qualification Requirements

All persons over 18 that will be residing in unit.

A written document that shows verifiable income, such as a paystub, dividend statement, etc. plus bank statements.

Parking

Yes, all properties have parking.

Deposit and Fees

$1000 for 1 bedroom, $1500 for 2 bedroom unless higher deposit, which is 1 month rent.

Security deposit and the remaining month’s rent.

Certified funds only for move in. Personal checks permitted for monthly rent.

Do not allow less than 6 month lease.

Pets

Dogs and cats permitted with approval.

Dogs can’t be on the banned list.

$500 pet deposit/pet, $50 monthly pet rent/pet.
